Dental health is essential to total body health. New York Methodist provides a modern facility staffed with board-certified dentists and dental medicine specialists equipped with the latest technology in dental care. The faculty of 30 dentists and 17 residents care for people of all ages, including infants and older adults, and offers a full range of procedures.
Our services include oral diagnosis and treatment planning, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, periodontics, prosthodontics (fixed and removable), implant placement and restoration, endodontics, oral pathology/oral medicine, pedodontics (dental services for children), orthodontics, and oral and maxillofacial surgery.
New York Methodist Hospital provides dental and orthodontic care and clinical services for abnormalities and diseases affecting the mouth, face and neck. We offer orthodontic care for both adults and teens. Specialists are also available for implant dentistry such as grafting procedures and extractions.
Our dentists partner with their patients, educating them on the importance of good dental health. They pay particular attention to patients with special needs.
Emergency Dental Consultation
We offer emergency dental consultationS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dental residents are on call.
Walk in hours for emergencies are:
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30AM to 10AM and 3PM to 4:30PM
Wednesdays 8:30AM to 10AM
Fridays 8:30AM to 10AM and 1:00PM to 2:30PM
Saturdays 9AM to 12:30PM
Note: Patients must go through the hospital's emergency department after normal business hours and/or on national holidays.
